Robert Braverman, the Firm’s managing partner, has been engaged in the practice of law since 1991. Rob’s practice focuses on providing general counsel services to the Firm’s clients and on litigation in state and federal courts, as well as before various administrative agencies and the New York State Office of the Attorney General. Over the past several years, a large part of Rob’s practice has involved representing boards of newly constructed or rehabilitated buildings in connection with construction, governance and other issues common to newly formed housing associations.

Following his graduation from Hofstra University School of Law, Rob worked for Bower

and Gardner, LLP, as a litigation associate. Rob joined the Firm in 1994.

Rob is an author and frequent speaker on issues involving cooperative and condominium law.  Each November for the past couple of years, Rob has taught the seminar entitled, "Dealing With Construction Defects," offered at the annual conference sponsored by the Council for New York Cooperatives and Condominiums.  Rob is regularly quoted in both cooperative and condominium trade publications and the mainstream press.

As the Firm’s managing partner for the past twelve years, Rob is particularly proud of the Firm’s culture, which promotes the highest standards of service and quality of representation in a team-oriented environment.
