Andy focuses his practice on the needs of cooperatives, condominiums and their residents. In his fourteen years of practice, Andy has handled discrimination claims (both housing and employment), property boundary disputes, warranty of habitability claims and general corporate issues such as amending corporations' by-laws, proprietary leases and certificates of incorporation.

Upon his graduation, summa cum laude, from law school, Andy entered private practice as a litigator for Cantor, Epstein & Degenshein LLP, a boutique cooperative and condominium firm. There, he gained experience in defending cooperative and condominium boards from claims brought by shareholders, owners, tenants, contractors and employees. Knowing that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, Andy counsels boards on the best practices and procedures to follow so as to avoid litigation and maintain good relations within the building.

Andy joined Braverman & Associates in 2002. He speaks fluent Greek.
