Christopher focuses his practice on representing cooperative and condominium boards in disputes with sponsors, residents and contractors.  He also counsels boards on interpreting, amending and enforcing governing documents such as declarations, by-laws and house rules.  As necessary, Chris enforces the rights of boards in litigation and arbitration, with the goal of a swift and cost-effective resolution.

Upon graduation from law school, cum laude, Chris developed his trial skills as an Assistant District Attorney at the New York County District Attorney's Office, where he investigated and prosecuted felonies for five years.  Upon leaving public service, Chris entered private practice with Schoeman, Updike & Kaufman, LLP, where he gained civil experience defending pharmaceutical and energy companies in product liability actions as well as residential developers in property disputes.

Chris joined the Firm in 2008.
