Edward Braverman is the Firm's founder and senior partner. Admitted to the practice of law in 1963, he has concentrated his practice on real estate issues in New York for over forty years. Throughout his career, Ed has served as general counsel to many of New York's most prestigious buildings and presently maintains longstanding relationships with numerous boards of directors and managers, as well as their managing agents.

At present, Ed centers his practice around advising boards and agents on contract and construction issues, valuating construction defects in multiple-dwelling buildings and amending and revitalizing the governing documents of cooperatives and condominiums. He regularly meets with architects, agents, and owners' representatives to protect the interests of his clients in diverse projects. Ed has lectured on cooperative and condominium issues, written for the trade on a variety of topics, and has been a guest on local radio and television programs.

Ed has received the prestigious "AV" rating from Martindale Hubbell - a testament to the fact that he is ranked at the highest level of professional excellence in the practice area.
