Ian devotes much of his practice to litigation and appeals with a focus on housing and employment discrimination.  Ian regularly defends cooperatives, condominiums, landlords, managing agents and employers in federal and state courts, as well as before governmental agencies, including the New York City Commission on Human Rights, the New York State Division of Human Rights, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, and United States National Labor Relations Board.  In addition, Ian provides general counsel services to the Firm’s cooperative and condominium clients and advises on employment matters encountered by cooperative and condominium boards.

Ian joined the Firm upon graduating law school in 2003.
