What I Do
I am a trial lawyer who has litigated and tried a wide variety of civil cases in state and federal court. My extensive trial experience allows me to accurately evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of a case, focus our pre-trial discovery to maximize its effect at trial, and advise clients of the risks and benefits presented by litigation. It also empowers our clients with the leverage to secure the best possible result, an advantage gained only where counsel has the proven ability to take a case to trial.
My trial experience includes cases involving co-ops, condos, homeowners associations, wills, trusts, estates, guardianships, construction defects, legal malpractice, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, medical malpractice, architectural malpractice, discrimination, product liability, construction accidents, premises liability, and motor vehicle liability.
The broad scope of the cases I have handled, combined with the depth of my trial and litigation experience, ensures that our firm can provide clients with the skills and experience of a well-seasoned trial lawyer comfortable taking virtually any case to trial.
