Kelly A. Ringston

Kelly's practice focuses on providing general counsel services to the Firm's cooperative and condominium clients. Kelly litigates all manner of real estate related disputes, ranging from rule enforcement to ejectment for illegal activities. Additionally, Kelly provides transactional services to private clients.

Prior to the joining the Firm, Kelly spent four years specializing in condominium and homeowner association law at Marcus, Errico, Emmer & Brooks, P.C., the East Coast's largest real estate specialty firm. While there, Kelly was instrumental in developing procedures to ensure that condominiums recovered their legal fees in prosecuting actions against unit owners.

Kelly joined the Firm in 2009. That same year, she was named a "Rising Star" in Super Lawyers New England.
