Rachel M. Kleiman

Rachel focuses her practice on real estate transactions and corporate matters.  She has practiced real estate law in the New York metropolitan area for the past twenty years, most recently at Ricca and Donnelly, LLP, where she gained expertise in transactional matters.  Rachel has represented lenders, investors, owners and purchasers in a variety of real estate transactions, both residential and commercial.  She uses her expertise to guide clients through complex transactions and advise them on matters affecting cooperatives and condominiums.  

Rachel is a former member of the Association of the Bar of the City Of New York's Committee on Cooperative and Condominium Law, the Association of Real Estate Women and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York's Committee on Legal Issues Affecting People With Disabilities.

Rachel joined the Firm in 1999.
