Steve handles a broad range of challenging litigation cases and is recognized in the profession for his superior performance in the areas of complex torts and insurance matters, including: construction law, employment practices, insurance coverage, subrogation, product liability, toxic substances and medical malpractice.

Having spent the first ten years of his career at one of New York City's premier litigation firms, Steve’s skills were honed in a large firm setting. Since 1992, he has applied them in a smaller business model, where the diverse needs and varying corporate cultures of each particular client can more easily be met.  This individualized practice approach has resulted in high client satisfaction.  Steve works closely with his clients to ensure the best resolution of their matters.

Steve has been a frequent speaker at local, regional and national conferences. He has lectured and authored articles on self-insurance, employment practices liability insurance (EPLI), risk management, claims handling practices and procedures, and directors and officers liability.

Steve offers a New York State certified continuing legal education course on the New York State Omnibus Workers’ Compensation Reform Act.
