A recognized expert in the area of cooperative and condominium law, the Firm represents more than 100 cooperative corporations and condominium associations as both general and litigation counsel. The Firm represents sellers, purchasers and investors in a variety of transactions, from residential closings to complex commercial transactions. The firm is counsel to both commercial landlords and tenants in a wide range of leasing agreements.

The Firm's practice includes every aspect of real estate related litigation and our attorneys have comprehensive experience in handling real estate disputes.  Our litigation team utilizes various cost effective and expeditious means of resolving disputes, including alternative dispute resolution, arbitration and mediation.

Acting as general counsel, the Firm advises boards and buildings on governance issues, construction and vendor contracts, refinancing and rule enforcement.  The Firm also assists newly constructed and converted buildings transition from sponsor to owner control.
