Welcome to our website and thank you for taking an interest in our firm.  For the past four decades, we have focused our practice on New York City real estate, developing an expertise in the legal and practical issues faced by New York's buildings and their boards.  Our clients know they can rely on our experience and judgment when common, or not-so-common, problems arise.  We understand the difficulties faced by boards and agents and pride ourselves on our ability to guide our clients through complex issues to satisfactory resolutions.

Our firm provides a full range of legal services to some of New York's finest cooperatives and condominiums.  Among other services, we act as general corporate counsel, defend boards and agents in lawsuits, negotiate contracts of every type, and enforce by-laws and house rules against residents.  By establishing standing relationships with our clients, our attorneys develop an institutional knowledge of their buildings that allows us to act quickly and effectively when issues arise.
