My practice is varied with a focus on transactional work and on the representation of the firm’s condominium and cooperative clients. I aid clients in unit transfers, underlying commercial loans for cooperatives and condominiums as well as providing them with day to day legal advice concerning the operation and management of their properties.
My entire legal career has been spent in the area of residential real estate and I have been involved in and handled hundreds of residential purchases and sales. As a result, when I joined Braverman Greenspun, I was extremely well versed in negotiating contracts, reviewing and analyzing co-op and condominium governing documents, financial statements and the host of other information required to represent sellers and purchasers of New York City apartments. I am now applying this skill set to Boards represented by Braverman Greenspun.
