What I Do

I represent Housing Development Fund Corporations (HDFCs), supporting their mission to increase the supply of affordable housing in New York City and beyond. In addition, I act as general counsel to all forms of cooperatives, condominiums, and tenant associations, providing boards with advice on myriad complicated governance and transactional issues they face on a daily basis. In all of my work, I aim to provide my clients with practical and cost-effective advice, allowing them to smoothly operate their buildings and minimizing conflicts among owners.

My work with tenant associations and limited equity cooperatives began at the Urban Homesteading Assistance Board (UHAB) shortly after graduating from college. There, I provided training and technical assistance to HDFCs throughout the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. My work at UHAB inspired me to attend law school to continue assisting government-financed and regulated housing associations.

I joined Braverman Greenspun in 2023.
