My practice is primarily focused on the representation of cooperatives and condominiums involving transactions, litigation, and various other matters.
I have had significant exposure to real estate and bankruptcy issues in private practice as well as federal and state courts. While at St. John’s University School of Law, I served as a Staff Member on the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and received the Beatrice Levine Award for achieving the highest grade in Condominiums, Cooperatives, and Homeowners Associations. I also completed internships for Judge Alexander Tisch of the New York State Supreme Court and Judge Jil Mazer-Marino of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Representing a third generation of Bravermans to practice at Braverman Greenspun, I am eager and honored to build upon the contributions my grandfather and father have made to the firm.
