For close to two decades, I have enjoyed helping my clients with a wide range of legal issues, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate. I feel deeply invested in each client’s case and take pleasure in working together with clients to formulate and execute effective strategies to reach a successful result. Nothing is better than being able to tell my clients: we’ve saved your home, you now own the home of your dreams, your landlord-tenant issues have been resolved.

My areas of practice have primarily involved real estate transactions and disputes. I have extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in litigation, including commercial and residential holdover and nonpayment proceedings at the trial and appellate levels. I regularly address a wide range of real estate disputes, including possessory interests, monetary claims, guarantor actions, and complex lease disputes. Always aware that the client’s home or business is at stake, I give each case my utmost attention.

In addition to my litigation practice, I represent sellers, purchasers, landlords, tenants, lenders, and borrowers in the purchase, sale, leasing, and financing of single-family homes, condominium and cooperative units, commercial properties, and multi-family dwellings. I negotiate and draft contracts of sale, leases, and loan agreements, and handle all aspects of closing. Understanding how stressful the process of buying or leasing can be, I pride myself on taking the time to speak with clients to guide them through the transaction, answering their questions and concerns and making a complex transaction as seamless as possible.
