I oversee complex real estate litigation from inception through resolution. I regularly represent parties in real estate and construction disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, and litigation involving condominiums and co-ops. My experience in all aspects of litigation, from discovery disputes to developing case strategy, includes assisting in mediations.
Prior to joining Braverman Greenspun, I was an associate at a boutique firm specializing in real estate-related litigation. Previously, I served as the principal law clerk to Justice Dakota Ramseur of the Supreme Court of the State of New York for New York County. In addition to my private legal practice, I serve as an adjunct professor at Fordham Law School, teaching legal writing.
