My practice is focused on real estate-related litigation, including construction-defect litigation, directors and officers liability claims, RPAPL 881 proceedings, as well as landlord-tenant and administrative/regulatory matters. I also provide general counsel services to our condominium and cooperative clients.

Additionally, I have represented clients in business-related disputes, including contractual disputes, labor and employment issues, intellectual property matters, and commercial torts. I also previously represented clients in NYC administrative hearings concerning alleged violations of the NYC Building Code, Zoning Resolution, Fire Code, Health Code, Sanitation Regulations, and Housing Maintenance Code. I have drafted orders, appeals, and Article 78 petitions on a range of matters regarding local rules and regulations, including transient use, construction issues, and zoning violations.
