I practice primarily in the areas of real estate, construction, and litigation. In my real estate practice, I provide general counseling to cooperative and condominium boards throughout the city on an array of matters, including, among other things, general corporate governance, construction and employment contracts, and financing. I also advise individuals and businesses on purchases, sales and leases of cooperatives, condominiums, houses, and office spaces.

In my construction law practice, I advise general contractors, subcontractors, cooperative and condominium boards, shareholders, unit owners, and homeowners on a wide range of issues, including the negotiation and preparation of AIA and other construction-related contracts, easement agreements, license/access agreements and RPAPL Section 881 proceedings, and construction defect issues.

My litigation practice, in both state and federal court, involves the prosecution and defense of commercial and contractual disputes, property damage claims, construction matters, and real estate and labor disputes.

Regardless of the issue or area of law, my clients rely on me for clear, practical guidance and strategies that support their long-term success.

In addition to serving as of counsel to Braverman Greenspun, I am a founding partner of Bedell & Forman LLP, where I represent individuals, businesses, and cooperative and condominium boards in real estate, construction, litigation, and general business matters. Earlier in my career, I practiced at Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe LLP, where I handled commercial litigation matters. Before that, I practiced at Kaye Scholer LLP, where I worked on antitrust, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation issues. I also had the privilege of clerking for the Honorable Arlene R. Lindsay of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
