My practice is dedicated to the areas of condominium and cooperative law and real estate litigation. I represent condominium and cooperative boards, as well as individual unit owners and shareholders, providing general counsel services and litigating all facets of complex real estate disputes.

I believe in a comprehensive “big picture” approach to legal representation and that clients are best served by counsel who offer zealous advocacy but understand that victory is often defined by much more than what happens in a courtroom. Having spent more than a decade specializing in the area of condominium and cooperative law, I work with my clients to achieve their desired results through a mixture of practical advice, skilled negotiation and aggressive and efficient litigation.

I am also a strong proponent of the benefits of alternative dispute resolution, am a trained mediator and was honored to be named as a Fellow in the American Arbitration Association’s 2020-2021 Higginbotham Fellows Program.
