My practice is focused on real estate transactions and litigation. I manage the firm’s residential unit transfer practice and counsel clients on issues related to trusts, estates, entity transfers, financing issues, and residential purchases and sales. I also represent condominium and cooperative boards, unit owners and shareholders in a wide range of disputes venued in both state and federal courts.
Since joining Braverman Greenspun in 2012 immediately after my graduation from law school, I have had the benefit of gaining a variety of experience on both the transaction and litigation sides of BG’s practice. This dual focus gives my clients a unique edge – in transactions, I am able to foresee and avoid drafting errors that often lead to litigation; and in litigation, my ability to obtain an in-depth understanding of the underlying transactions allows me to litigate smarter, more efficiently and with an eye toward the best resolution for our clients.
