I joined Braverman Greenspun following my graduation from Brooklyn Law School in 2018 and am a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Condominium & Cooperative Law practice groups.

Prior to joining the firm, I worked closely with low-income co-op boards and the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development in order to obtain much needed loans for co-ops that were struggling to cover overdue maintenance arrears. I have overseen a shareholder vote where board members passionately campaigned for much needed improvements to their co-op buildings, and witnessed first-hand what it takes for board members to turn a dire situation around. My experiences with working closely with such co-op boards on their legal matters helped cement in my mind the reason why I entered the practice of law: to use my knowledge to help those in need, and to strive for excellence in representing and advising clients.
