My practice focuses on representing the interests of condominium and cooperatives in litigation involving a wide array of challenging issues, ranging from breach of contract disputes to claims of discrimination in housing and accessibility issues, such as those under the FHA, Title III of the ADA, the New York State Human Rights Law and the New York City Civil Rights Law. I also represent attorneys and real estate professionals in professional malpractice claims.
Prior to joining Braverman Greenspun in 2013, I was a partner at one of Florida’s premier law firms, as ranked by U.S. News Media Group and Best Lawyers, with a practice devoted to general commercial litigation, products liability and catastrophic personal injury. As a seasoned litigator with experience across multiple disciplines and jurisdictions, I am well-situated to help my clients navigate their way through the adversarial and complex world of litigation in state and federal courts, as well as various administrative agencies.
One of my favorite quotes is from Abraham Lincoln whose writings sometimes included guidance to lawyers. He wrote: “Always bear in mind that your resolution to succeed is more important than any one thing.” In keeping with that message, I strive to discern my clients’ goals and concerns, develop a creative strategy tailored to meet those needs, and work tirelessly to succeed on their behalves, whether through a negotiated settlement or trial.
