My practice involves all aspects of real estate litigation, with a focus on representing the interests of condominium and cooperative boards. I use my extensive litigation experience to find creative solutions to resolve complex issues for the benefit of my clients.

Throughout the course of my career, I have established myself as an attorney who excels in handling high profile and complex cases from inception through trial, having tried numerous cases before juries and judges. I began my litigation career representing the interests of general contractors and construction managers and am able to use this knowledge and experience to better represent boards and individuals with claims against sponsors and contractors. I litigate claims involving construction defects, delays, contractual claims, and construction accidents, as well as fraud against sponsors and access agreements. In doing so, my goal is to achieve practical solutions expeditiously and use my experience to achieve the best results for my clients. In addition to my trial experience, I negotiated many seven figure settlements, as well as settlements with a combination of money, remediation work and extending warranties for the work and systems affected.

As a seasoned litigator with extensive trial experience, I can handle all the needs of my clients and offer solutions to each client’s individual issues.
