I joined Braverman Greenspun, P.C. in 2021 and my practice primarily focuses on representing cooperatives and condominiums in a wide variety of litigations and transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, I frequently represented major real estate owners and co-op boards in litigations ranging from construction disputes to foreclosures. I also provided day- to-day general counsel guidance to cooperative and condominium boards, which is essential to the successful management of the myriad of issues that arise in any building. Finally, I represented clients in numerous real estate transactions, including refinances, residential sales, and commercial leases.
In addition to my real estate experience, I also represented major record labels, music publishers, media companies, and world-famous recording artists in various matters, including royalty disputes, copyright infringement, and negotiating and enforcing a broad array of industry agreements.
I have extensive trial and appellate experience in both the state and federal courts of New York, including several bench trials and a federal jury trial. I also have substantial experience in domestic and international arbitration and mediation proceedings before the AAA, ICC, and JAMS.
My broad background in both transactions and litigation allows me to identify and analyze key issues to reach successful outcomes for our clients.
