I handle a wide variety of real estate transactions, with particular experience in matters related to condominiums and cooperatives. I regularly review, draft, and negotiate commercial and residential leases, various AIA agreements, and license agreements. I also manage the entire residential closing process for both buyers and sellers.

Additionally, I serve as general counsel to co-op and condo boards. Among other work in this area, I draft and revise leases, rules, and bylaws; resolve issues related to shareholders and unit owners; and oversee board approval processes, such as transfers of ownership.

Before joining Braverman Greenspun, I was an associate at a boutique firm specializing in real estate-related litigation.
