I handle a broad range of litigation for my clients. I am recognized in the profession for superior performance in the areas of condominium and cooperative law, general commercial litigation and complex torts and insurance litigation. I have over twenty-five years of trial experience and my practice includes disputes involving architects, engineers, condominiums, cooperatives, construction matters, Labor Law, products liability, contract disputes and insurance coverage.
I spent the first ten years of my career at one of New York City’s premier litigation firms, where my trial skills were honed in a large-firm setting. Before joining Braverman Greenspun in 2011, I managed my own firm for twenty years. I find that in the smaller firm setting, the differing needs and varying corporate cultures of each client can more easily be met. This individualized practice approach results in high client satisfaction and I am able to work more closely with my clients to ensure the best resolution of their matters.
I am a frequent speaker at local, regional and national conferences regarding insurance defense and risk management and have lectured and authored articles on self-insurance, employment practices liability insurance (EPLI), risk management, claims handling practices and procedures, and directors and officers liability. I also offer a New York State-certified continuing legal education course on the New York State Omnibus Workers’ Compensation Reform Act.
