I have a lengthy and successful track record as a trial and transactional lawyer and have litigated a broad range of civil cases for clients in both State and Federal courts and before administrative agencies.
My trial skills were first developed as a litigator in the office of the Nassau County Attorney. Prior to joining Braverman Greenspun in 2019, I had my own law practice on Long Island for twenty one years where I counseled clients on diverse matters including commercial disputes, small business matters, claims for breach of contract, title insurance defense, personal injury defense, matrimonial and family law, estates and trusts, employment matters and all phases of real estate, including transactions, representations of condominiums and cooperatives and construction matter. Later, I headed the litigation department for a small firm in Suffolk County.
Because of my vast and wide-ranging litigation experience, I have developed a keen ability to minimize the risks attendant to litigation and to achieve an advantageous outcome for my clients. As a well-seasoned trial attorney, I have no fear in the courtroom, whether it is oral advocacy, the selection of a jury or cross-examination. I enjoy utilizing my skills to handle a broad scope of matters for my clients, and take personal pride and satisfaction in achieving successful and cost-effective results.
