Braverman Greenspun partner Benjamin Fox Tracy represented the owners of the development site for Rallye Motor Company’s new $37 million Lexus dealership in Jericho, Long Island. Ben’s work included negotiating and finalizing multiple contractor agreements essential to the construction.
The new 67,000-square-foot dealership, located on a five-acre site on Jericho Turnpike, replaces two former office buildings that were demolished to make way for the development. The state-of-the-art facility will feature a spacious showroom, advanced service center, EV charging stations, and other amenities designed to enhance the customer experience.
Ben drafted and negotiated the general contractor agreements for the site demolition and for the construction of two new buildings on the property. With the contracts in place, construction on the dealership has now begun.
When completed in early 2027, Rallye Lexus’s new Jericho facility will more than double the size of its current Glen Cove location and serve as a flagship destination for Lexus customers on Long Island. Read more about the project here.
