Firm’s Office Lease Extension Featured in Commercial Observer, Crain’s, and New York Business Journal

Braverman Greenspun recently negotiated an extension of our office lease, which will keep us in our current space for the next 14 years. This agreement also includes a refresh of the space and the creation of additional offices within the existing footprint.

Discussing the firm’s decision to extend the office lease and refresh the space, principal and managing partner Rob Braverman told the Commercial Observer that “This office has been the home of Braverman Greenspun for close to a decade. We are very excited to have been able to reach a mutually beneficial deal with Meadow Partners, which will keep the firm at 110 East 42nd Street for the foreseeable future, with updated space that will accommodate the firm’s continued strategic growth.”
