Jon has litigated a wide variety of civil cases in state and federal court. Jon’s relentless preparation led to a favorable development for the board of a 50-unit condominium building in the Bronx in a construction defect case involving fraudulent conveyances made by two principals at a shell company used by the builders. In another construction defect case, which involved faulty terraces on newly built residences along the Gowanus Canal, Jon recouped nearly 80% of the plaintiff board’s claimed damages.
