Manu Davidson and Tracy Peterson Obtain Big Win for Small Co-op

In two companion decisions, Justice Freed granted the motion made by Manu and Tracy on behalf of a downtown cooperative, its board of directors and individual members of the board to dismiss in its entirety a lawsuit brought against them by a disgruntled shareholder.  Justice Freed also denied in large part a motion to amend the same shareholder’s complaint in a separate, but related (and nearly identical) lawsuit against the same parties.  These two litigations are among seven brought by the same shareholder that Manu and Tracy have been defending on the co-op’s behalf since 2015.
