Manu Davidson obtains order finding no probable cause of a housing discrimination charge alleging unlawful discrimination practices under the Human Rights Law.

The N.Y.S. Division of Human Relations determined that complainant failed to (1) prove that he was treated differently from other tenants and (2) establish a nexus between alleged mistreatment and his membership in a protected class.
