Braverman Greenspun principal and managing partner Rob Braverman has been named a Notable Leader in Real Estate by Crain’s New York Business. This recognition highlights Rob’s contributions to the residential real estate industry and his notable achievements over the past year.
As managing partner of Braverman Greenspun, Rob has spearheaded the firm’s growth from a three-person practice into a significant presence in New York City’s residential real estate arena with a team of more than 20 lawyers. Earlier this year, he oversaw Braverman Greenspun’s combination with Finder Novick Kerrigan to create a firm representing over 300 condominium and cooperative buildings in the tri-state area.
He is actively involved in providing day-to-day legal advice to clients and acting as lead counsel for many complex litigations, which have, over the years, resulted in numerous seminal decisions in co-op and condo law. His 30 years of experience solely dedicated to working with boards, and an unparalleled breadth of knowledge of the industry, gives him a unique perspective when assisting the firm’s clients.
