Rob Braverman Secures Favorable Long-Term Ground Lease Extension for Battery Park City Condominium

Rob Braverman recently represented the River & Warren Condominium in connection with the re-negotiation of the terms of its ground lease with the Battery Park City Authority (“BCPA”).   The new lease extension not only eliminates ground rent spikes and ensures continued financial stability for the Condominium, but affirms both parties’ commitment to building sustainability and green initiatives.
