Rob Braverman Shortlisted for New York Law Journal Office Managing Partner of the Year Award

Braverman Greenspun principal and managing partner Rob Braverman has been named a finalist for the New York Law Journal’s Office Managing Partner of the Year award, which recognizes the leaders of New York offices who manage the day-to-day needs of their firms, execute strategic plans, and balance caseloads of their own. Rob is one of only 11 office managing partners selected throughout New York State.

As managing partner of Braverman Greenspun, Rob has transformed the firm from a three-attorney practice into a premier force in New York City’s residential real estate industry, now with a team of more than 20 lawyers. Earlier this year, he oversaw Braverman Greenspun’s acquisition of Zingman & Associates, a highly regarded real estate boutique that significantly deepened the firm’s capabilities in landlord-tenant-related issues and commercial leasing disputes.

Rob’s leadership extends well beyond firm management. With more than 30 years of experience devoted exclusively to representing co-op and condo boards, he provides day-to-day counsel and leads complex litigation that has shaped New York’s co-op and condo law landscape. His deep industry knowledge and strategic acumen have made him a trusted resource for clients navigating both routine and high-stakes challenges.
