Tracy Peterson Defeats Application to the Court of Appeals

Tracy Peterson defeats application to the Court of Appeals for review of First Department decision confirming dismissal of shareholder’s challenge to co-op’s roof rules.  The First Department had determined that the shareholder’s claims were time-barred since they were not brought within four months after the rules became final and binding.  The appellate court’s determination remains undisturbed.
