Tracy Peterson Obtains Preliminary Injunction Against Marijuana-Smoking Unit Owner
In a January 17, 2017 decision and order, Justice Bannon of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County, granted an application for a preliminary injunction seeking to enjoin a condominium unit owner and unit occupant from allowing marijuana smoke and excessive loud noises to emanate from the subject apartment unit.
