Tracy Peterson Successfully Opposes Motion

 

Tracy Peterson successfully opposed a motion made by a co-op shareholder to amend his 5-year old complaint to assert new causes of action against his co-op. While the plaintiff sought to add five new claims to his complaint, Tracy successfully argued that leave should be denied to amend to assert all but part of one such claim as the proposed causes of action were “palpably insufficient” for a variety of reasons.
