Scott's practice is concentrated on handling complex litigation involving the rights of cooperatives, condominiums and their board members.  Scott serves as general counsel to numerous housing associations, and advises Braverman & Associates clients on corporate governance, dispute resolution and business transactions.  In addition to his expertise in co-op and condo law, for the past seventeen years Scott's practice has included the representation of professional athletes.

Prior to joining the Firm, Scott gained extensive experience as a litigator at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, LLP, Bower & Gardner and Saretsky Katz Dranoff & Glass, LLP, where he represented clients in the areas of securities litigation, insurance coverage disputes and general commercial litigation.

Scott has served as a member of the Co-op and Condo Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and is a registered agent with the National Hockey League Players Association.

Scott joined the Firm in 1996.
