Braverman Greenspun announced today that real estate lawyers Michael A. Bedell and Jamie A. Forman, founding partners of boutique firm Bedell & Forman, will become affiliated with Braverman Greenspun effective January 1, 2026. Michael and Jamie will assist Braverman Greenspun on a range of transactional matters, advising property owners and developers, cooperative and condominium boards, and individual unit owners on residential and commercial purchases and sales, leases, financing, and closings. They will also provide general counsel services for cooperatives and condominiums. Their experience will strengthen Braverman Greenspun’s ability to support clients across the full lifecycle of real estate matters.
